Day Three

Oh my goodness!!!!! I have a yurt! Today was finishing up securing the doors, latching down the walls and securing them underneath the platform. We installed two awnings over two of our doors as well today. We had a very foggy day today but was a complete success. We had to say good bye to David and Etu, they are moving on to their next job!

Mark and I are going to relax a couple days… lol

I will post pictures of the yurt when we get it cleaned up inside. I am so excited for the build out inside.

Mark built a great fire this afternoon to relax today, as you can see the dogs were exhausted!

  3. That is just great. A job well done! I have a question, I can understand picking up everything and moving, and building your own home, but how did you arrive at building a yurt?
