Well we are getting close to be able to say goodbye to 2020. After this year I feel we all need to reflect back and evaluate how our lives have changed for both the good and bad. And how to we move forward with this new information. I know I will never take for granted again to be able to gather with family and friends whenever and however I choose. ❤️
We had a day with very little rain and some sunshine. So Mark got out the tractor and played some. Of course the chickens live the fresh dirt.

We are also building another chicken feeder for outside. We are waiting for the caulking to dry.

Mark is working on the fire throughout the day to keep us warm in the yurt.

I found some nice lean meat, so we decided to make jerky.

And I decided to do a chicken photo shoot. I thought this would give everyone something to do tonight since we are all at home!

In case you are wondering, I have 18 hens and one rooster. Of course I want more! I do hope to upgrade my coop this spring for my girls. 😉
Thank you to all of you that have taken time to read my silly blog! Happy New Year to all of you!

I love your silly little blog! I am so proud and a little envious that you and Mark are getting to do exactly what you love! ❤️❤️❤️
